Reports and Plans of the Lyon SWCD
Each year the SWCD prepares a Plan of operation. This plan provides the staff and board with goals that will govern the direction of our staff time and programs.
The plans and reports are a requirement by the State in order for the SWCD to receive funding for our programs. These plans, reports and financial documents are reviewed by the state agencies for accuracy and compliance with the governing laws of the districts.
The plans could be called our "Business Plan" and are used as a measurement of accomplishments and provide direction to the staff and board throughout the year.
